Regional Sales Leader-West Coast
New Wave Design (NWD) is seeking a skilled and experienced regional sales leader to join our team, responsible for the Western Sales Region at New Wave Design. The ideal candidate will be a proven sales leader with a track record of success in the aerospace and defense market, developing and executing regional and account growth strategies. This position is responsible for developing customer technical design leads, qualification of sales opportunities through closure, building customer relationships, accurate forecasting, providing customer service, and account management in support of corporate strategic direction and goals. This position manages the sales functions within the western sales region, defining strategic pursuits, providing direction to Inside Sales, communicating internally on support required to maximize the probability of a win, defining and leading the execution of the capture strategy, signing and managing channel partners, and other tasks related to achieving annual bookings targets within the region. The role is supported by other department heads and corporate leadership, both organically and upon request by the RSL, to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved.

Salary Range: $127,900.00-$194,900.00 annually
