The Manager, Office of the Executive Chairman serves as a strategic and operational partner to the Executive Chairman, ensuring alignment of priorities, disciplined execution of key initiatives, and seamless management of the Chairman’s office. This role leads cross-functional projects, supports strategic planning efforts, and drives follow-through across the leadership team. Acting as a central coordination point within the organization, the Manager enhances organizational effectiveness by translating priorities into action. Regional Sales Leader, Eastern Region
New Wave Design (NWD) is seeking a skilled and experienced regional sales leader (RSL) to join our team, responsible for the Eastern United States Sales Region. The ideal candidate will be a proven sales leader with a track record of success in the aerospace and defense market, developing and executing regional and account growth strategies. This position is responsible for developing customer technical design leads, qualification of sales opportunities through closure, building customer relationships, accurate forecasting, providing customer service, and account management in support of corporate strategic direction and goals. This position manages the sales functions within the Eastern States, defining strategic pursuits, providing direction to Inside Sales, communicating internally on support required to maximize the probability of a win, defining and leading the execution of the capture strategy, signing and managing channel partners, and other tasks related to achieving annual bookings targets within the region. The role is supported by other department heads and corporate leadership, both organically and upon request by the RSL, to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved.

Manufacturing Lab Technician
New Wave Design (NWD) is seeking a Manufacturing Lab Technician who will be responsible for performing hands-on electro-mechanical assembly, sub-assembly, and laboratory support activities in support of engineering development, production builds, and testing efforts. This role plays a critical part in ensuring assemblies are built accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. The position requires strong attention to detail, comfort working in a lab environment, and close collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.

Business System Analyst
We are seeking a proactive, systems-savvy Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our Epicor ERP (GovCloud-hosted), manage existing integrations with Salesforce CRM and Arena PLM, and drive better decision-making through data analysis and reporting. This role works closely with business users to understand needs, document requirements, troubleshoot issues, build real-time reporting and insights to be presented on Sharepoint and supports the development of solutions that reduce manual work and improve-decision-making.
The position blends ERP support, cross-functional systems assistance, and business intelligence development, with occasional backup responsibilities for IT support, especially as it relates to ERP and BI related matters. Over time, the role may expand to support future enterprise applications (e.g., MES, Workday, QMS), building scalable integrations and data visibility and access as the company grows.

Senior Mechanical Engineer
New Wave Design (NWD) is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design, analysis, testing, and qualification of rugged-embedded computing products, including VPX, XMC, and QMC Form Factors, in addition to custom ruggedized systems. This includes responsibility for thermal engineering, materials selection, environmental testing, and production readiness. The Mechanical Engineer will work closely with Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Product Management to ensure mechanical and thermal solutions meet customer, regulatory, and manufacturing requirements.

Electrical Engineer
New Wave Design (NWD) is seeking an Electrical Engineer to create innovative, high-end FPGA-based products.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical or computer engineering and an interest in developing high-performance products using the latest commercial technologies. The candidate should have strong problem-solving and communication skills with a passion to learn and grow as an engineer, independently and as part of a team.
The Electrical Engineer position is responsible for the design and development of FPGA-based high-speed serial interface products. This position requires close collaboration with the engineering staff and project managers. Knowledge of the FPGA development process, including RTL coding (VHDL or Verilog), synthesis, timing analysis, simulation, verification, and lab test / debug is required.
